What is an Audio Guestbook?
An Audio Guestbook allows your guests to leave voice messages during your event using a retro-style phone. These messages will be saved and shared with you, creating a unique and memorable keepsake.
How long can we use the Audio Guestbook?
The standard package includes 5 hours of unlimited voice messages. Additional hours can be added at RM80 per hour.
What do I need to provide for the Audio Guestbook?
One week before your event, provide a customized voice note that will play when guests pick up the phone. You can choose a tone that’s heartfelt, fun, or formal.
When will your team arrive to the event location?
Our team will arrive at the venue half an hour before the confirmed event time to set up the Audio Guestbook.
Can I place the Audio Guestbook outdoors?
Yes, it can be used outdoors, but we recommend a shaded, dry area to protect the equipment.
What happens if the Audio Guestbook or booth is damaged?
If the equipment is damaged due to misuse, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
When will I receive my CD and USB Drive?
Your CD will be delivered one week after the event. If you opted for a USB Drive, it will be included with your package.
Is the decoration included?
We provide basic light decoration based on your event’s theme to enhance the Audio Guestbook setup.
Is the booking refundable?
No, the booking is non-refundable.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your event to ensure availability.
How do you ensure the quality of recordings?
We use high-quality recording equipment and recommend placing the phone in a quiet location to reduce background noise.
